The Full Story


What started as a backyard hobby it has become our passion.    On a Sunday while we were enjoying a full rack of ribs that we had prepared in our backyard smoker, a friend asked me if I could make the same ribs for a party they were planning. After that another person that came to my friend's party ask me for the same thing. It was then when I thought about opening a restaurant and letting more people enjoy our food. 


The beginning wasn't easy. As with anything knowing where to start is the most difficult part.
